Job Outline: Our client one of the UK’s leading construction companies is looking to appoint a Regional Commercial Manager to lead a key team delivering to a number of multi-million pound schemes across the Healthcare, Education and MOD.
You will oversee the commercial aspects across the region reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
You should ideally be qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline and also possess the necessary memberships and affiliations. PFI experience is not essential but project experience in excess of £20million would be a distinct advantage.
Preferably you will have a minimum of four years quantity surveying related experience and be able to demonstrate the commercial acumen, commitment and drive needed for such a project critical role.
