Job Outline: One of the UK’s most pioneering construction companies with an impressive portfolio of projects across both the public and private sectors requires a Project Manager to join their award winning team.
Reporting to the Construction Director and liaising with the equity stakeholders you will assist in providing the SPV board with all aspects of project delivery, including costings, technical advisory and all relevant project management issues and legislation moving forward.
You will ideally have previous project management related experience and be able to demonstrate the commercial acumen, commitment, interpersonal skills and drive needed for such a project critical role. This project can also accommodate somebody looking to further their experience in the project management field who has limited experience.
Knowledge of the PFI procurement process and experience within the education sector would be an advantage but not essential.
