Job Outline: Our client is a leader in the field of regeneration. They are looking to appoint a Head of Bid Management to lead and develop bid strategy within the Yorkshire and East Midlands region.
Ideally, you will be a proven business leader within PPP/PFI and be able to demonstrate: • experience of bid management from inception through to financial close; • strong commercial acumen; • exceptional communication skills; • ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders; • exceed customer expectations; • excellent team motivator
Role responsibilities: • direct the production of all company submissions including strategic bids through the competitive dialogue process; • develop and appoint the bidding team for the purpose of securing major bids including professional support e.g. legal; • develop a bid strategy to achieve an excellent success rate; • manage the relationship with bidding partners and develop new relationships with prospective partners; • lead with integrity
