Job Outline: Our client is a leading Construction developer who has recently secured a major local authority PPP contract in the Midlands. Due to their success they are looking to appoint a Director of Regeneration.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the development and delivery of regeneration programme
• Work with the local Authority and supply chain to develop new projects and deliver improved solutions and services
• Report progress to the board
• Ensure that targets and KPI’s are delivered in a timely fashion
• Manage the interface wand communications with between key stakeholders

• Highly organised with strong time & project management skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and partnership skills
Experience of working in PFI/PPP programme regeneration or wider local authority sector from either a Public or Private sector background is essential.
