Job Outline: Our client is a leading PPP Construction and Facilities Services specialist who has secured a leading reputation in self delivering across the Public sectors.
Due to further expansion, successful wins and a committed agenda to secure further concessions the reputable Investment division are looking to expand their Bid Team opening excellent opportunities for those wishing to be progress their SPV Bidding ability.
You will ideally;
o Possess a strong PPP background having had direct exposure to the SPV team
o Be risk aware, meticulous attention to detail and a high level of commercial acumen
o Be experienced in the complete bid cycle from PQQ right through to FC
o Be a strong communicator, leading meetings with other consortia members, stakeholders and clients
o Ideally, although not essential have practice at the Mobilisation stage
