Job Outline: We are working with a leading Investment Company that has an investment focus on Sub Saharan Africa’s Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors to recruit a new Regional Manager for their South Africa Office.
The Asset Management business is managed under the Alternative Equities Group, which manages an unlisted fund geared towards investments in the Capital Markets of the West African sub region.
The company invests in Sub Saharan Africa with a strategy for Infrastructure and Real Estate. This strategy is in place to exploit the opportunities available and the value that can be created in the asset acquisition process.
Africa will continue to present a unique case for investors as it offers a wide range of opportunities.
Our client is primarily focussed on:
Infrastructure - Toll Roads, Parking lots, Light rail concessions, Water, Power etc.
Real Estate - Middle/Low income mass housings, budget hotels.
Alternative Equities - Unlisted fund, focused on private and public markets.
You will need a solid understanding of the infrastructure and real estate investment markets, ideally with an understanding and track record across Sub Saharan Africa coupled with a strong entrepreneurial drive and desire to succeed.
